The MalibuWoody® features ceramic patented technology which allows better "workability and feedback" than most metal drivers and fairway woods without sacrificing distance. The smaller head also allows more consistent ball striking with the max MOI allowed. By using the different and softer ceramic material, they have the same and correct launch angle of higher lofted metal clubs.
The MalibuWoody is filled with Legal Cork® and has the soft feel of the old persimmon clubs while maintaining the distance of the best Metal clubs. They even sound solid without the "Tin Can" ding of today’s metal woods. All clubs available in LH and RH with Premium leather grips or traditional grips. Men’s, Senior’s and Lady’s models are available. Shafts are all top of the line such as Graphite Design, Aldila and Grafalloy. |

Over the past few decades, the golf industry has moved from persimmon to steel to titanium to bi-metals and tri-metals… now there’s a movement towards composites.
We have proven -through independent robotic tests- that as swing speeds increase, metal woods generate higher spin rates. With the MalibuWoody® the opposite is true. As swing speeds increase, spin rates decrease.
The new MalibuWoody® is the only golf club on the market with patented “Legal Cork®” engineered high in the club head. Coupling the “Legal Cork®” with a patented super-light Ryton® soleplate, creates a high center of gravity, allowing golfers to get a desired distance while playing a more controllable and higher loft.
The MalibuWoody® is only 285cc’s (A Centuries Old Standard), not the bigger than a bucket 460cc metal clubs.
* Ball/club impact causes a shock/sound wave of vibration running up the shaft. This noise is called “dirty” air and has an extreme negative effect on the stability of the shaft, which in turn has an unfavorable affect on the degree of ball dispersion. The louder the sound…the more vibration. The more vibration...the more the negative the effect. To control this detrimental effect in metal "TIN CAN" drivers, the use of heavier and stiffer shafts are required.
* The proprietary ceramic composite of the MalibuWoody® -coupled with Legal Cork®- defuses this impact sound, and in turn reduces the shock/sound wave producing what scientists call "harmonic stability".
* Because of this “harmonic stability”, golfers are able to use lighter weight and more flexible shafts for control & distance.
