Grips
I must say when I first read the articles about these grips increasing distance and reducing a hook or slice...I said “Oh Yea another snow job from the golf company’s”. Man was I wrong! I played with my friends clubs who had them on every club and shot my 2nd lowest score ever! I then bought 15 grips, watched the DVD’s and went to the Range. I couldn’t believe the difference. Not only did it save from me buying new clubs, thinking that was the problem but I INCREASED my driver distance in about 15 minutes by almost 30 yards. Short game still has some problems, but is much better than ever. I never thought grips could make that much difference, but do they ever!

An excellent product that performed as advertised! I increased the distance of my shots and their accuracy when I replaced my old grips with the Full Release grips. I STRONGLY recommend these grips to any golfer who wishes to improve their ball striking and lower their score. Mike I. Mason, TX

Darn good product! For once a golf product that actually works as claimed! These grips do straighten out shots. I hit em straighter with these feel golf grips. It’s easy to try and the benefits of hitting straighter will benefit everyone. Brian T. Whitinsville MA

Excellent product. Did help my release and my swing follow through. Also, having arthritic hands, made the swing easier. The grip felt secure in my hands. I would recommend, but advise patience and giving it some time to work for you. It feels good on my arthritic hands. James W.Wimberley, TX

The grip felt strange at first but after some practice, it seemed that I was about 10 yards longer and lost the slice. After a few swings I could feel the club releasing without any conscious effort on my part. I always had trouble releasing my hands but with these grips, the release came quite naturally resulting in straighter shots. Joe C. Slingerlands, NY

I liked the feel of the grips. It felt more comfortable then the standard golf grips. I can't wait to order the rest of the set. Feels real natural in your hands. I would recommend them to my friends. And I already have. Leslie T. Kennewick, WA ________________________________________
The grips can and do help the golfer hit the ball straighter and longer. I would endorse and tell my friends about how good the product is. It does as it advertises, help to hit the ball straighter and longer. I was deeply satisfied with the product. David L. St. Charles, MO ________________________________________
Thank you for letting me participate in your Full Release Grip Test by Golf Illustrated. I’ve always had a pretty wicked slice with my driver, and that day I only hit 4 of 14 fairways and drove the ball between 200 and 225 yards, and shot a 97. The following Monday I re-gripped my driver with the full release grip and hit the driving range. I used only my driver and hit between 150 and 200 balls on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It only took me about 100 balls before I was feeling comfortable with the new grip and began to drive the ball straighter. By Wednesday I was hitting the ball very straight and was even able to draw the ball a few times! Friday was all straight and long. This last Saturday (10-29) I returned to Tuscany GC and hit 11 of 14 fairways and was driving the ball at least 250 yards and even got one drive over 300 yards with a long straight roll. I shot an 88, it was great! Thanks again for making golf even more enjoyable for me! I ordered another set of grips and what a difference to my game. Thank you. Zach K. Wedges
"I love my Feel wedges. They provide me with a lot more shot making ability than I have had with my previous wedges. They do not have too much bounce, they spin well, and I feel very comfortable coming out of the high rough or a bad lie.” Michele Redman, LPGA Tour Player

"I really don't know what to say about the wedges other than they make my short game fun and easy. Just standing over the ball I know I’m going to hit a good shot for the simple fact of how the club sets up to the ball. Out of the rough they are beautiful, hardly any effort involved in order to get the ball out." Jamie Hullet, LPGA Tour Player

When I won the US Amateur, you know what wedges were in my bag?...that’s correct, all Feel wedges.

"After just one practice session, I put the FEEL 56 degree wedge in my bag for tournament play. I was amazed at how high I hit it without losing any distance and I loved the control I had once it hit the green! I highly recommend these wedges to all skill levels and know you will see improvement in your short game as a result." Jenny Lidback, LPGA Tour Player

"I was watching Natalie Gulbis at the Women's Open in Hutchinson , KS . I noticed her wedges and asked her dad what kind of wedges they were. He explained everything to me. I looked on the website found a store in Kansas that had them and drove 2 and a half hours to get them. The first time I used them was in our Junior Club Tournament. My friends couldn't believe I took them out without practicing with them. My very first shot I hit with my 52 degree was out of 3-1/2 inch rough and I knocked it within 6 inches. I got up and down every time with my 56. I love the wedges and look forward to getting a 60 degree as well." Scott, a Junior Golfer _______________________________________________________
"I love my Feel wedges" I have the 52,56 and 60 degree gun-metal wedges and they are so versatile and consistent. They go through thick greenside rough like it wasn't even there, and stop on a dime! I am very excited to have them in my bag. They have and will save me many strokes a round. That translates to more $ in my pocket! Thanks "FEEL!" Jane Crafter, LPGA Tour Player, ESPN Commentator

"As a TOUR player I must count on my short game. The FEEL wedges are the best looking clubs I have seen and they are awesome from the bunker. They stop and bite where I want them to, and they are a great help to me in my pitching and chipping. The design of the bounce and sole allows me to be very creative. Not only has my short game been very good, but my stroke average is over 1+ stroke better than last year. For a Tour player that is almost unheard of improvement, and the only change I've made has been the wedges. The FEEL wedge system makes me confident, and that's money in the bank!" Sonny Skinner, PGA TOUR Player

"The clubs look beautiful! I tried several bunker shots (I sunk my third one). Very solid feel from the fairway and really enjoy the look." John Abendroth, former PGA tour player

"I had a chance to try Feel wedges and I must say, these clubs very much mirror their name. They simply feel great in your hands. And they perform very well. Maybe the best aspect of the clubs was how they performed out of the light and medium rough. They seemed to glide through the grass and kept online. If you want to get a feel for par, I suggest the feel wedges. They are the real deal. Last week I hit a couple of wedges real close and won some skins!" Steve Tady, Sports Editor www.sfgate.com and a 8-handicapper

"Since I started playing the FEEL wedges and irons a few months ago, not only has my handicap dropped from 23 to 18, but now my sand and short game is as good as any single digit player. At first I didn't believe Dr. Feel would talk to me personally. But not only did he talk to me at great length , and not only did his 10 Wedge Tips help, but if I had a question I would just pick up the phone and call just like the Tour players do. Now that's service! Kevin Benfield, Sacramento , CA and an 18-handicapper

"My experience with these wedges was absolutely great! First thing I noticed was how very good looking they are. Upon impact with the ball, I felt as though silk, cotton and down feathers were stuffed into the clubface and shaft. More important than the appearance and the feel of these wedges, is spin, hang time and biting power. The Feel wedges delivered on all three. For a better score, Feel is a must." Bob Koczor, Publisher/Editor of Golf Today Magazine

"Lee Miller, designer of the Feel Tour Wedge set, told us his wedges were the best in the world, bar none, and upon testing his wedges there's no reason to doubt his claim. In addition to having a clean and attractive look, the wedges perform as good or better than any wedges we've ever tested and we’ve tested them all! The quality of the product is superb. Balance, feel, sense of control, consistency - these are the ingredients that accompany the Feel Wedges." Dan Poppers, Editor & Publisher of Golf News Magazine

"Good morning. I must let you know how pleased I am with my new Feel wedges. The day they arrived, I took them to the range to try them out on the short game practice facility. My first swing landed 6 inches from the cup! Not all of my shots have been that accurate, but what a rush! Since then, I've been back to the range a few times, and every time I've holed out at least once from 30 to 50 yards out. I've never come close with my Mizuno's." Thanks formaking a great product!" Steven P. Williams, Assistant General Counsel North America

"My scoring average is much better this year and I've set tournament course records. I've was out of the winner circle for 2 years, but with my 4 Feel wedges in the bag, I won the Order of Merit and I'm back in the winning groove this year". Dear Feel Golf Company, "I am a 14 year old 8th grade student and a 1 handicap golfer. I play in approximately 25 amateur and junior golf tournaments a year including the Junior World Championship and the San Francisco City Championship. I started playing your 56 degree and 60 degree wedges in March of this year and the results have been great. I am able to hit the ball cleaner off difficult lies, and I am very happy with the trajectory and bite on my approach shots from 75 to 110 yards. But the most important thing for me is how your wedges perform in tournament conditions. On June 1, 2002, I played in the Fortuna City Jr. Championships at the Redwood Golf and Country Club near Eureka California , and came in first place in my age group (14 to 15 years). I fired a two over par 74 on a narrow, hilly and windy golf course, and your Feel wedges played a big part in my success. I was 6 of 8 (75%) on up and downs! This was mainly due to the fact that your clubs helped me chip and pitch the ball close to the hole. Thanks for designing andmaking great wedges. You have helped me become a better player, I have the confidence to know I can get up and down and win golf tournaments! " Sincerely, Blake

"As a PGA player alternating between the PGA tour and the Nationwide Tour my game is back in top form. I played the Feel wedges in 2000 and 2001 and won quite a bit of money both years. I did not play the wedges for a while since I was paid money to play another company's wedges. I went way down in the money list and lost money! Needless to say, I'm back with the Feel wedges and playing my best." Steve Haskins, PGA Tour

Driver
Feel Pro Tour 787 PR Driver
Do you have to be a rocket scientist to come up with a more forgiving driver that will consistently outdistance the industry leaders? No, but it helps; at least in the case of Lee "Dr Feel" Miller PhD it does. Using his big honkin' brain, test methods learned from his labs days at NASA, and experience on the PGA tour, he has developed a line of drivers boasting more distance and control than any club on the market. The big idea: engineered to max out the head's MOI (Moment Of Inertia), Feel Golf's Pro Tour 787 PR driver is designed to not only generate amazing power, but also provide amazing feedback and "feel" so that players can increase accuracy. This results in both longer and straighter drives.
But does it deliver? Like FedEx. I tested their 460cc driver with a nine-degree loft and a standard forty-five and a half inch Maximum Kinetic Release 980 graphite stiff-flex shaft and Feel's original X-Line Full Release Grip.
The results were shocking; the Pro Tour 787 PR driver added at least ten yards to my drives. Even when I missed the sweet spot, I had no trouble staying in the fairway. This club turned many a head on the driving range too. After three hits, total strangers were actually walking up to me and asking to give it a try. This club definitely has a home in my bag.
Don't take my word for it. Nick "Sputnik" Miller used a Feel driver to set the amateur long drive world record of 449 yards… and he says that the Pro Tour 787 PR driver is the longest driver he's ever hit.
Need More? USGA limits drivers' Characteristic Time (measure of spring like effect of driver face) to a maximum of 257 microseconds. When submitted for USGA Conformation, the USGA measured the Pro Tour 787 PR Driver at 255 microseconds. I think that Feel's claim that it's one of the hottest legal drivers on the market is safe.
Feel's Line of Full Release Grips
Also worth mentioning are the Maximum Kinetic Release Shaft and Full Release Grip. The MKR Shaft is an amazing 3-piece shaft design that has a double tip - a stiff tip in the hosel and a soft tip directly above it that builds potential energy to release once the clubhead is in motion, thereby increasing hangtime by an average of fifteen percent. The Full Release Grip uses Taper Tip Technology that allows the left hand portion of the grip to be carried loosely in the fingers due to the much smaller grip diameter in the left hand. The grip can loosely be held by the fingers of the right hand due to the grip's larger diameter at the bottom of the grip as compared with traditional grips. The grip fits comfortably and naturally in one's hands, thereby reducing the hand and wrist tension and increasing club control. Equipped with the high MOI design, the Maximum Kinetic Release Shaft and the Full Release Grip, the Pro Tour 787 PR driver utilizes more technology than the Death Star. The Pro Tour 787 PR driver doesn't come up short in the looks department either. Available in Pearl Black, it looks pretty much like any other driver from above with the exception of dual sweet spot markers set a ball's width apart. This not only makes the club easy to address, but actually help you effortlessly set up for a fade or a draw depending on your need. Red highlights on either side of the head really set the finish off. All in all, it's quite easy on the eyes.
Without a doubt, this is the driver to get if you are serious about improving your long game. I got consistently longer and straighter shots with the Pro Tour 787 PR driver than any driver that I've ever hit and like the claims are I did hit the fairway more often then with my Nike or my Callaway.

Irons
"I turned down a very lucrative contract to use the Feel Competitor Irons. My scoring average went from 70.6 to 68.8 and I almost sleep with these irons and they are the best I've ever played. While many sets of irons have been made for me, non have yet equaled the Feel Irons for my scoring confidence." J.D., a PGA Tour Player

"I played my first round with my new Feel Competitor Blades. All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!! They are easier to hit then my Titleist cavity backs. It took 3 holes to get the feel right, but can you say even par for the next 5 holes, answering with 4 birdies, to bring me back to even. And then I got hot! I completed my round with a 310-yard drive on the 15th followed by a 220 yard 4-iron shot that gave me a 43-ft put for EAGLE. This was my first eagle of the new year. I then went birdie, birdie to finish for a round of 67, which is my lowest round in over 6 months. In closing, I am selling my old set of MP 14 with my T-zoid Driver to whom ever doesn't want to play better golf. Thanks Doc for making the best golf products I have ever played." Semper Fi! Tim Allman

"I recently bought a used set of Competitor blades. I had been very curious about them after reading about Feel Golf on the various golf websites (primarily Golf Club Review). I've only hit them 3 times so far but I am very impressed!! They look beautiful and are very playable. The feel is excellent and I am shocked to say that the set I had planned to play next season, KZG forged blades, is likely going to be relegated to back-up status. Just wanted to let you know that I am not the original owner but a very satisfied one. Thanks for a great set of irons!" Craig Hirota

"I own a set of Feel competitor irons and Feel wedges (48,52,56,60,64). I have nothing but praise on my set of Feel's. Every time I think of going back to my Callaway Steelhead irons/wedges and perform a comparison test, the FEEL irons/wedges just plain win on accuracy, distance, and Feel. How can a small Company that makes such great product, not be the number golf club company in the world?! I was even fitted with my Callaway's and yet I prefer toplay and use my FEEL irons and wedges." R.M. American Serviceman in Japan

"Being a Northwest Airlines pilot, I know what FEEL is. I need control, feedback and that feeling of confidence, the same as in my job. When I play golf I want the same confidence, that's why I play the three Feel wedges. I also play the Competitor irons (1-PW). These are the first blades I have ever hit with confidence and yes, even the 1-iron. I have heard that many Tour players are playing these clubs, without being paid to do so, now I know why." Ken Hughes, Airline Captain, Monterey , CA

Fairway Woods
"I bought an eighteen degree 5-wood from Feel Golf. Having no idea how the club performs, except using my friends 3 wood from Feel Golf, I hit a few golf balls at a range. The ball flight was high and very long and much higher and longer than my 3 wood (a fifteen degree Taylor Made V-Steel with steel Rifle 6.5) actually. About 240 yards and straight down the middle. The guy next to me was impressed and said that they were great shots. The feel of the 5 Wood is vibrant and punchy. Players who prefer assertiveness and zest in their wood will like this club. The club is also quite forgiving. Off-center hits and heel misses have no significantly loss in distance. I can see a player substituting a 3-wood, a 5-wood, and several long irons with just one of the Feel 5-wood. This is one versatile golfclub." Nelson Chen, June 2003______________________________________________________
"I bought a Feel 3 wood after hitting my friends, (I tried to buy his) and was astonished to find it to be much longer than my Callaway driver I just bought for a lot more dollars! I immediately ordered the 5 wood and again was amazed to find it more accurate and longer than my Callaway 3 wood! That did it! I sold my Callaway's and with the money I had left over, my wife and I went to dinner. Treat was on me, but I got the best of the deal." John Hopkins, 11 handicapper from Florida

"The 7-wood what a club! Appearance wise it is very nice and clean with an unencumbered look. Quality looks good on the paint and I like the color of the head and the shaft. I hit solid shots on the range and on the course and it was an easy transition on to the course. I previously have been playing the 22 degree Taylomade but this one kicks it out of the bag. The larger head gave me more confidence and the club just wants to go straight. Possibly because it seems like this face is pretty square and not closed face like a lot of other FW's are. Nearly every shot I hit with this club was on target and even a slightly topped one found the green. I normally hit the ball kind of high and this club definitely has no problems getting up in the air. I recommend this club without question. I’ve used Callaway, Taylormade and Ping fairway woods and yours beats them all, hands down". Jeff, Home Cooking Forum

"First a confession, I liked the idea of testing a club, but truly did not think it would replace anything in my bag. I was happy with the current set-up as it has been working very well for me lately. Then this beautiful clubs shows up. This club is beautiful. The black head is reminiscent of the TaylorMade 300 series. The dual line across the top aids in alignment. The shaft is beautiful. The blue shaft received several unsolicited comments at the range and from my regular golfing buddies. The 5 wood is also a long club. It is as long as my 3 wood. The first three shots with the Feel 5 wood had me concerned after my warm up at the range. As usual though I was the cause as I was over swinging the club. I relaxed and swung smooth and the results immediately changed. This club is long. The trajectory was also good for me. The club hit high, but I like my fairway woods to hit higher shots than some do. The club was also seemed to have good accuracy. Smooth swings for me were rewarded with incredible straight shots and some with slights draws. Most were dead straight. This club is as a long as my 16* fairway wood and it is 18*. It hits, perfect for me, high shots that finish around 220 yards out. A little shorter if I choked up a little on the club and a little longer off a tee. That is a good distance for me with a fairway wood. My experience also demonstrated that this club is very accurate. If I stayed with the smooth swing the club was long and accurate. The club performed perfectly. I currently have a set up of Driver, 16 and 22 woods. This club performed so well that I am now re-thinking my bag. For now this club is in the bag." Sincerely, Newlydad
